Amador Cellars
Our Estate vineyard is in the heart of Amador County’s lush Shenandoah Valley wine country. The property sits at 1500 feet elevation and spans 22 acres with rolling hills of various aspects and slopes. The soils are Sierra sandy loam that derives from granite and quartz. Our property has six Mediterranean grape varietals: Zinfandel, Tempranillo, Mourvedre, Grenache Noir, Aglianico, and Sauvignon Blanc. Stop and taste our various wines. Helwig Winery
Take in the views of the snow-capped Sierras from our deck, while host guides you though your perfectly selected wine flight. Finish your tasting tour with a Barbera infused house made dark chocolate truffle complimented perfectly with a bold Helwig red.”
